I’m Ashenafi Gebreyesus, a Charlotte-based software engineer focused on backend systems and applied AI.

At Lowe’s, I work on the Delivery and Customer Promise team, building services that support product delivery and tracking. My work includes Java and Spring Boot development, cloud migration, and database integration.
Previously, I worked on cloud engineering and machine learning at ELSE CORP and data-focused systems at UniCredit Services in Milan. That mix shapes my interest in AI applications that fit into dependable software.
Outside engineering, I enjoy continuous learning, soccer, and swimming.
